Upon dispatch of completed orders, TNT and Australia Post tracking numbers will be emailed along with shipping confirmation. Due to most of our products being "Made to Order", our lead times are only approximate and can extend past the due date because of unexpected delays including Labour or Material shortage, and during popular/peak ordering times throughout the year. Please allow 1 week from estimated delivery date before lodging an enquiry as certain times of the year including Public Holidays and Festive Seasons, road closures and weather events can cause delays. Cruiser Consoles Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for late deliveries, however we will replace lost or damaged orders (during transit).
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our Suppliers.
We deliver our products within Australia and to New Zealand using TNT Couriers and Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the Shopping Cart and will be added to the order total before Checkout.
If you nominate an Australian on-forwarder to take delivery of your items and then they organise the freight to be sent Overseas, Cruiser Consoles Pty Ltd will accept no responsibility if any products were to get lost or damaged arriving to your country. It is the Customers responsibility to insure the items if you are using an International on-forwarder.
Orders are dispatched based on the approximate lead time suggested on our Website. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. We ship our products Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about shipping Overseas.

Standard Domestic Delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days from when the goods are dispatched (depending on your location within Australia).
